Para ello, luego de inyectarlos, es necesario esperar a que la circulaci\u00f3n dentro del sistema sea completa &#8211; esto va a depender del tama\u00f1o del equipo &#8211; permitiendo luego, que la <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Luz_negra\" rel=\"nofollow\">l\u00e1mpara de luz negra o UV<\/a> detecte r\u00e1pidamente fugas.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Tipos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> En algunos casos, se ofrecen junto con el refrigerante, como en el caso de envases de R134a para recarga de equipo de AA automotor. En otros, se presentan en formas de jeringas o kits para detectar fugas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ventajas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>* Reemplazan a los antiguos m\u00e9todos de detecci\u00f3n como la espuma y el <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nitr%C3%B3geno\" rel=\"nofollow\">nitr\u00f3geno<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Los pigmentos fluorescentes han demostrado ser la manera m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, f\u00e1cil y rentable de localizar fugas, confirmar reparaciones y ser una parte clave de su programa integral de mantenimiento preventivo. Para los veh\u00edculos que s\u00f3lo poseen v\u00e1lvula de alta presi\u00f3n puede necesitarse un adaptador. Poner en marcha el motor y ajustar el aire acondicionado al m\u00e1ximo. Conectarse al puerto de baja presi\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir la cantidad de producto indicada seg\u00fan manual de procedimiento del fabricante. Esperar al menos 45 minutos con el motor y el aire acondicionado en marcha, para que el tinte se distribuya por todo el circuito. Inspeccionar el sistema de A\/A con la l\u00e1mpara UV, poniendo especial inter\u00e9s en todas las uniones y juntas. El lugar de la fuga se localiza por la fluorescencia del tinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"922\" height=\"578\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/torrington.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fuga-detectada-1.jpg?resize=922%2C578&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/torrington.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fuga-detectada-1.jpg?w=922&amp;ssl=1 922w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/torrington.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fuga-detectada-1.jpg?resize=300%2C188&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/torrington.com.ar\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fuga-detectada-1.jpg?resize=768%2C481&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 922px) 100vw, 922px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4><br><strong>APLICACI\u00d3N EN EQUIPOS DE REFRIGERACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Localizar el puerto de baja presi\u00f3n del sistema de A\/A de la m\u00e1quina y quitar el tap\u00f3n protector. Poner en marcha el equipo y ajustarlo a la m\u00ednima temperatura y la m\u00e1xima potencia. Quitar el tap\u00f3n del cartucho inyectable, acoplar el adaptador adecuado y hacer salir el aire hasta que la manguera transparente quede totalmente llena de tinte fluorescente. Para circuitos con mayor cantidad de gas inyectar la cantidad de producto indicada en la tabla de dosificaci\u00f3n. Conectarse al puerto de baja presi\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir la cantidad de tinte fluorescente indicada en la tabla y desconectarse despu\u00e9s. La manguera transparente del adaptador quedar\u00e1 llena de tinte de color para su f\u00e1cil identificaci\u00f3n en usos posteriores. Dejar funcionar de esta forma el sistema durante al menos 45 min. Para que el tinte se distribuya por todo el circuito. Inspeccionar el sistema con una l\u00e1mpara UV, poniendo especial inter\u00e9s en todas las uniones y juntas. El lugar de la fuga se localiza por la fluorescencia del tinte. Se recomienda utilizar gafas de protecci\u00f3n UV. Una vez realizada la reparaci\u00f3n, eliminar el tinte de la fuente de la fuga usando el limpiador de tinte UV, para evitar as\u00ed confusiones en la detecci\u00f3n de fugas posteriores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funcionan?
